A book cover for a book about a self destructing man. The title means "everything is going to go away".
The client contacted us about a concept for a combined clothes store and café/bar, and wanted us to come up with both names as well as the profile for it. The concept for the clothes was that they were gonna be warm, soft, indoor cabin wear, and the café/bar a luxurious lodge feel to it. He wanted to be able to sell the clothes in other stores too, so we decided to make two separate names and profiles, that could still work together. The values we wanted to enhance was luxurious and urban. The name of the clothes brand is Killing, which in norwegian means kid goat (and we liked the double meaning of the word). And the café/bar we named Lodge.
Working with me on this was Katinka Jørgensen, Joakim Grønli and Christoffer Grav.
For my diploma exam I made a concept for a personal travelling magazine, about music, design, illustration, art and sub culture, using my impressions, and interpreting them into the layout of the magazine for that particular city the issue is about.

The Tokyo issue also has little twinkling lights in the front cover logo, and when you open the magazine to the first page, it sets off a typical tokyo noise, which is recorded from Shibuya in Tokyo.

All these Oslo issues also include a unique poster which I have taken from one of the poster spots in Oslo over the past years.

Katinka Jørgensen, Steffen Olsen and I worked together with four window planners to make a window layout for Anton Sports (one of Norways leading chain stores for sports gear) flagship store in Oslo. The campaign was in January when people still have their new years resolutions fresh in mind and want to start working out.
We made one large 8 meter long poster for one of the windows, plus three medium poster for the windows on the 1. floor, where we also put 2 meter tall cardboard-illustrations. And four posters for the ground floor windows.
This was a project done with Katinka Jørgensen, Andreas Fossheim, Stine Therese Nærland & Henning Sandum. The task was to create an agenda for the paper company, Arctic Paper, as promotional material. We came up with the idea of stealing back expression that the internet- and computer world has stolen from the paper world; Like cut/copy/paste, folder etc, and then wrap it in the estetics of computer and internet. This was given to Graphic Designers and Art Directors in Norway and Denmark.
This won GOLD in the art direction category at Gullkalven 2009!
